Today's trainer is one of my closest friends, Caleb Clarke! There is 100% no one else I would rather start this journey with than this man right here!

I’ve been in the footy world for some time now, and still, there are only a FEW people I know that don’t really ever have an OFF-Season, and this man is one of them. When you're supposed to be relaxing your body and chilling on holiday, this man spends his time working on his craft, whether he’s doing little footwork drills on the field or having a sprint session with the boys! He loves working out! And I mean, it definitely shows on the field!
