When you are going to purchase land, house or any other property, you might be confused that what way should be adopted to transfer the property. Either only Registry should be executed or only Inteqal (Mutation) should be get entered & attested. So, in this video, I have explained you that what is the difference between these two terms Registry and Inteqal. Registry is registered by Sub Registrar however, the Mutation (Inteqal) is entered by Patwari and sanctioned by Tehsildar. In fact, the Registry (Sale Deed etc) is a strong piece of evidence however, Inteqal (Mutation) is a weak piece of evidence as compare to Sale Deed.
