In depth recipe guide on how to make Guava jam or jelly at home. Fresh Guava fruit picked by myself from my own tree's and also some from my neighbours tree.

Varieties used are Indian and Thai Guava's, white variety.

Ingredients: Fruit (which ever you choose recipe is the same)
Equal parts fruit to sugar. (Use jam setting sugar if you want a thicker jam)
1 lime or lemon.

Combine all ingredients and stir constantly on low heat for approximately 30mins.
