Millet Bread - Gluten Free
Ingredients:
350g / 1 1/2 cup Ground Millet Flour
35g / 1/4 cup Ground Black Sesame
16g / 1.08 tbsps. Ground Golden Flaxseed
2 tsps. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 tsp Hilmalaya Salt
625 ml Plain water
1 tbsp Rice / Apple cider vinegar
25g / 2.72 tbsps. Whole psyllium husks

Cup measurement = 240ml
Bake at pre-heat oven at 160C for 90mins.

Note: I had made this bread before with readymade millet flour, the bread turned out with a bit bitter aftertaste.
So this time I have chosen newly packed organic millet &  grounded  millet flour of my own.

This gluten free bread is very tasty & flavorful especially with its Crust. The texture of this bread is dense, soft & moist. I think it is tastier than wheat flour bread.

You may toast or make good sandwich with this nutritious bread too.

小米麵包 - 無麩質

原料:
350g / 1 1/2 杯磨碎的小米粉
35g / 1/4 杯 黑芝麻粉
16 克/1.08 湯匙。磨碎的金色亞麻籽
2茶匙 發酵粉
1/2 茶匙小蘇打
3/4 茶匙喜馬拉雅鹽
625 毫升 白開水
1湯匙米飯/蘋果醋
25 克/2.72 湯匙。整個車前子殼

杯子測量 = 240ml
烤箱預熱160度,烤90分鐘。

注:這個麵包我以前用現成的小米粉做的,麵包有一點苦澀的回味。
所以這次我選擇了自己新包裝的有機小米和磨碎的小米粉。

這種無麩質麵包非常美味可口,尤其是它的地殼。這種麵包的質地緻密、柔軟、濕潤。我覺得它比小麥麵粉面包好吃。

您也可以用這種營養豐富的麵包烤麵包或製作美味的三明治。
