DLA.300 is the fantastic innovation in fruit and vegetable peeling quality. Built entirely of stainless steel AISI 304, it is provided with an easy-to-clean system, where, with simple removal of a handle, you have access to the internal peeling area. In addition, DLA.300 is provided with inner jacket and easy-to-remove rotary disc for cleaning, replacement of the abrasive and replacement of the disc depending on the type of product to be peeled. Another great differential is that the machine is equipped with an optional laminated disc to peel more delicately and guarantee surface finishing of the food products, thus, providing greater Shelf Life of your final product.

DLA.300 is a complete machine, so there is also a waste collection compartment that sieves the residues, enabling the liquid to be drained and the solid residues collected. The equipment development is also in compliance with NR12 and it is provided with a timer and sound alarm panel for perfect adjustment of the peeling cycle time. There is DLA.300 version with pneumatic cylinder opening and closing system for those, who want to facilitate the operation or also automate the peeling process.
