This patient came in with shoulder pain after trying to throw a deer over a fence not once but three times. He’s been in pain for about three weeks and it’s not showing any improvement. He did an evaluation, x-ray and muscle testing. He had restricted range of motion in his shoulder, tenderness and had weakness In his teres, minor muscle, biceps, and latissimus dorsi muscles. I used the origin insertion technique, along with a hammer and chisel, and an adjustment of the shoulder. He is now fully functional and free of pain with just 1 treatment.
