Creativity and Innovation

In this Leader’s Angle talk Prof Jamie Anderson talks about individual and collective creativity. He says that for organisations to thrive in a VUCA world (world characterised by Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) people need to develop their creative thinking. In particular, we need creativity when we are stuck, when things change and when resources are scarce. Prof Jamie Anderson is professor of Strategic Management at Antwerp Management School in Belgium and visiting professor at the London Business School in the UK. He has been named one of the world’s top 25 management thinkers by the journal Business Strategy Review.
