Ferrero Rocher Cake is a delightfully rich and moist chocolate and hazelnut cake, filled with chocolate and covered in a chocolate glaze.

Ingredients for chocolate sponge:-
2 eggs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp of chocolate extract Or Vanilla extract
1 tsp of baking powder
30ml of vegetable oil

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes

Ingredients for Whipped Cream chocolate icing:-

2.5 cups of heavy whipping cream
3 tbsp of icing sugar
2 tbsp of cocoa powder
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of instant vanilla pudding mix powder

chopped Hazelnuts as needed
Ferrero Rocher chocolates as needed

Ingredients for ganache:-

4-ounce semi-sweet chocolate bars (113g each), finely chopped
1 cup (8 ounces; 240ml) heavy cream or heavy whipping cream

Method:
Place chopped chocolate in a medium heat-proof bowl. Heat the cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to gently simmer. (Do not let it come to a rapid boil—that’s too hot!) Pour over chocolate, then let it sit for 2–3 minutes to gently soften the chocolate.
With a silicone spatula, very slowly stir until completely combined and chocolate has melted. The finer you chopped the chocolate, the quicker it will melt with the cream.
Ganache is ready to use as a drizzle.
