Taro Corm Curry with Prawns | চিংড়ি মাছ দিয়ে গাঁঠি কচুর তরকারি

✍🏻INGREDIENTS :
◇ 150 gms of fresh water baby prawns
◇ 300 gms of taro corm (গাঁঠি কচু)
◇ 1 large onion paste
◇ 1 medium tomato paste
◇ 1 tbsp garlic paste
◇ 1/2 tbsp ginger-cumin paste
◇ Chilli paste (as required)
◇ 1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
◇ Salt (as per taste)
◇ 1-2 tsp sugar (optional)
◇ 1 tsp turmeric powder
◇ 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
◇ 3-4 tbsp mustard oil
◇ 1/2 ltr water
◇ 1-2 dry red chilli
◇ 1 Bay leaf
◇ 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
