Here is a great full body exercise using the resistance band called the squat and press. This is a superb exercise that can be progressed if you want to make it more challenging including using different sized bands for more tension.

Start by placing the band under your feet and get into the correct squat position then pull the band up across your chest. Firstly perform a squat then as you stand drive the band above your head into a shoulder press. Pause the return to the starting position.
