Do you know how you’re able to stand upright? That’s because of the bones that provide your body a perfect shape. If you wouldn’t have bones then you might have to snug around like an earthworm!

The skeleton system in our body helps us move all around. They protect the organs of our body. Like the skull protects the brain and the lungs and heart are protected under the rib cage.

Bones don’t work alone they need the help of joints and muscles. When two bones join at a place it is called a joint, it helps us move whereas movements of our body are controlled by the muscles. Some movements don’t require thinking and some do.
