LOKRANG MAHOTSAV 2023 - SHEDO

DHAI AAKHAR LOKRANG SHEDO celebrates the “diversity” in our folk arts, fosters “fraternity” with co-creation opportunities between urban and rural artists, and nurtures “social harmony” through artistic expressions based on justice, liberty, and equity.

Lokrang extends Dhai Aakhar, SHEDO’S volunteer-driven platform for folk artists and performers to come together with thinkers and philosophers to engage in a dialogue at the intersection of the Nirgun philosophy (nirguni tattva) and constitutional values. Dhai Aakhar has been organised every month since August 2020 at different venues across the country and online and has an ever-growing collective of artists and art lovers.
