[Ring Racers Mod] Tails' Khaos Kontraption WIP, Emerald Cup

Decided to try to take a crack at it again to record this, and I got some funny footage this time around. There are clearly some bugs with this as I haven't thoroughly tested the Grand Prix before today, but as it stands with some polishing, this'll turn out to be fun in single player. There's a reason I have a projected release date for July after all!

I think I'll restrict the amount of effects that occur during Sealed Stars, because, well, you see what happens in the video. It's virtually impossible to do unless you're a god at reflexes and manipulating luck, which is impressive considering how hard they are in the base game.

Anywho! Playtest is still planned for June 14th, and despite me thinking for awhile that that my mod might actually just be completed by that time, it turns out I still have a long road ahead of me for features, bugfixes, and polish to add to this. It is a playtest version after all!
