Mountain Pose (Tadasana):
Mountain Pose is a foundational yoga posture that helps correct alignment, improves balance, and strengthens the core, ankles, thighs, and lower back. By lengthening and aligning the spine, it alleviates pressure on the sciatic nerve and enhances your posture. This grounding pose builds awareness of how we stand and hold ourselves, promoting inner alignment, concentration, and stability. As a great container for tapping into your breath, Mountain Pose prepares you for deeper connection and presence in all other yoga postures.
