Joey's Cascara Latte Recipe:

Prepare Cascara Tea:
Brew 40 grams of Cascara with 350 grams of 207F water. Let steep for 3 minutes.

Prepare Latte:

Pull a double shot and steam milk.

Combine 2 ounces of Cascara tea with espresso. Add milk and enjoy!
