Flag your heroes so sensali AoE effects, foremost panic, don't hit as hard. Bring either good corpse control or other means of dealing with their Aura of the Lich necromancers. A soul twisting ritualist prot hero will help to keep some headmasters alive. Only Mhenlo needs to survive, but e.g. Kaa is a smashing mesmer you'd rather keep fighting at your side. Unless your own build is important for your whole team to work, consider talking to Apprentice Zhi in order to get improvised rice wine bombs. Their damage output is great, so they'll be really helpful.

Talk to the Canthan Guards so they follow you, distract Sensali and deal massive damage. Beware though, they don't seem to auto resurrect.
