A strong foundation begins with strong legs!!! This killer leg day workout will target all of your lower body muscles to help you build strength and definition! We have a fun structure for our training today! We will alternate between an essential exercise and a variety of additional exercises for 3 total rounds. Modifications will be offered throughout for any lunges if lunges bother your knees! Pick heavy weights when lifting today and focus on proper form!

3O MINUTE LOWER BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 15lbs to 30lbs / 7 - 14kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift heavy!

2 TIMES THROUGH EACH
1 ESSENTIAL EXERCISE x4 SETS
4 ADDITIONAL EXERCISES x1 SET
ALTERNATING BETWEEN ESSENTIAL AND ADDITIONAL EXERCISES
WORK: 45 SECONDS REST: 15 SECONDS
REST BETWEEN ROUNDS: 60 SECONDS
