► EQUIPMENT: Medium to Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 15-25 lbs. Optional mini loop resistance band.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️8 Knee-Friendly Leg Exercises
✔️ Timed Intervals (45 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest; complete as many repetitions as you can in the timed interval)
✔️ Strict Sets (repeat each exercise x 2 sets, back-to-back)
