Easy dinner recipe, ready in 30 minutes.


Ingredients:

• Water as Required
• 1tbsp Salt
• 1tbsp Oil
• 2 Cups Basmati Rice
(washed and soaked an hour before cooking)

• 2 Eggs
• 1tsp Black pepper (crushed)
• 1/2tsp Salt
• 2tbsp Oil for Eggs
• 2tbsp Oil for Chicken
• 1tbsp Garlic (minced)
• 3 white parts of the scallions ( Green Onion)
• 500g boneless Chicken
•1 Cup shredded carrots
• 1 1/2 cup of mixed Capsicums
• 1 cup Cabbage (shredded)
• 1/2 tsp crushed red chilli
• 2tbsp Soy sauce
• 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
• 1tsp Salt or to taste
• salt to taste
• 1tsp Black pepper
• 1tsp Chinese salt
• 2tbsp rice Vinegar
• 3 green part of the scallions ( Green Onion)
