Greg's Long Island Legend
Build in shaker
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lemon Juice
.5 oz. or 15 ml. White Rum
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Gin
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Vodka
.5 oz or 15 ml. Tequila
1 oz. or 30 ml. Blackberry Brandy
.75 oz or 22 ml. Simple Syrup
Few fresh blackberries
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass
Top with Coke
2 Dashes of citric acid (optional)

Better Berry Cherry Limey Bounce:
Build in shaker
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Cherry Herring
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Creme Yvette Liqueur
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Vodka
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Simple Syrup
Add ice and shake
Strain into Drinkmate class and carbonate
Pour over ice

Bonus Drink:
Total Cloud Inversion
Build in glass
.25 oz. or 8 ml. Simple Syrup
.25 oz. or 8 ml. Chili Liqueur
2 oz. or 60 ml. Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Smoke cocktail with some cherrywood chips (cocktail smoker in links above)
Garnish with fresh cherries
