society’s weird hatred of teenage girls (ft. JoJo Siwa)

Teenage girls get hate for existing, whether they're alt, emo, preppy, basic, or literally ANYTHING. No matter how a teen girl expresses herself, she is invalidated and belittled for her interests. The fact that this happens to all teen girls is proof its society's problem not with these interests, but with teen girls. Despite her success, JoJo Siwa has been a target of this hatred of teen girls for the past few years. People have made fun of JoJo for how she dresses and acts, despite JoJo herself being confident in her own skin. Siwa's harsh treatment has happened to countless other teen celebrities, and teenage girls who are fans of these celebrities.
