农历新年很近了,继续来做“咸蛋肉松酥饼”,由于酥饼可爱娇小,也称为“一口酥”。采用了现敲黑土腌制咸蛋黄,肉松,韩式脆皮海苔,美乃滋来制作内馅。外层采用了酥酥的曲奇饼皮。顶部抹上蛋黄液再加上海苔肉松。新鲜出炉,满屋咸蛋肉松香,食欲满满。个个小小酥饼黄金回油,可爱极了。掰开来,外皮非常酥,一压即松散成沙,入口即化。奶香味饼皮,内部满满拉丝海苔肉松和咸蛋碎,加上酸甜美乃滋,口感丰富口味好香。适合当年饼。

收藏方式:烤好彻底凉透,室温收密封容器保存一个月。要新鲜7天内吃。

Lunar New Year is so near, let’s continue to make “Salted Egg Meat Floss
Cookies". As they are cute and petite, also known as "One-Bite Flakiness". The filling is made of freshly cracked black soil marinated Salted Egg Yolk, Meat Floss, Korean Crispy Seaweed, and Mayonnaise. Outer layer is made of flaky cookie base. Brush top with egg yolk and decorated with seaweed meat floss. Freshly baked, whole house is filled with the fragrant salted egg meat floss flavor, so appetizing. Each little cookie is golden return oil, so cute. Break apart, super flaky outer crust, loosens into sand when pressed, melt in your mouth. Milky crust, stringpull seaweed meat floss and salted egg pieces, plus sweet tangy mayonnaise. Rich texture with delicious flavor. Suitable as CNY Cookies.

Storage Method: After baking, let it cool thoroughly and store in airtight container at room temperature for one month. Freshest taste, eat within 7 days.
