Candidates to succeed Payne line up for special primary

The list of Democrats running in the special primary election to succeed the late Rep. Donald Payne, Jr. in the 10th Congressional District is long. Eleven in all are looking to succeed the late congressman who died in April. The winner of the primary will compete in a special general election in September to fill the last few months of Payne's term.
