Decided to switch the C&J to Overhead Squats @95#. The strength was programmed for Snatchs & the WOD C&J. Just didn’t make sense to me to go from one to the other without unlimited time to properly warm up. Plus, it never hurts to work on my OHS.

Finished 11:18.

Unbroken on all my Overhead squats.

Biggest takeaway I need to work on is my depth. It’s gotten better but I feel like I’m breaking parallel each rep & o guess I just need to go a little bit lower then how it “feels”
