Uncovering the Hidden Secrets of Our Keel removal

Following our accidental grounding the keel has to be removed for inspection, Video follow how it was removed after 4 hrs hard graft ( it didn’t want to come off even with all the bolts removed )and the work that then had to be performed to repair the keel stub and bolts. it was a very stressful time for us especially as we were getting new standing rigging for the mast. we spent three weeks waiting while the work was done , great job Peninsular marine services .
