Rules for this run:

|General Rules|
You must start from a new game.
Debug mode is not allowed.

|Timing Rules|
Timing is done by RTA-TBTT (Real Time Attack minus Time Bonus and Time Travel). Works just like RTA, with frames of the time bonus(s) and time travel removed from your time.
Timing starts when you start a new game and ends on fade out to white after Metallic Madness 3 boss.
