Brown Bale haynetts serve a very important part purpose out in the pasture when you are feeding round bales. they keep the hay together longer, they keep excess from blowing away, and they slow down the horses from eating too quickly. however, they are not so easy to put on the bail. you want to make sure that you replace the hay netting that is already on the bail with the net so you have to cut that off, as you are putting the net on the bail. it sounds confusing but it does work even if you cannot get the net all the way around the bail you can still feed it to your horses that way and it serves the same purpose you just have to redo things as the horses eat the bale. This is what it's like to stretch a giant hay sock around one of those round bales.
