Ingredients
Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
Boiled potatoes – 2 medium (mashed)
Green peas – ½ cup (boiled & mashed)
Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 teaspoon (grated)
Fresh coriander – 2 tablespoons (chopped)
Red chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
Dry mango powder (amchur) – ½ teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Oil or ghee – for cooking
Water – as required

Method
Prepare the dough:
Take whole wheat flour in a bowl, add salt and water. Knead into a soft dough. Cover and rest for 15 minutes.
Make the stuffing:
In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes and green peas. Add green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, amchur powder, and salt. Mix well.
Shape the paratha:
Divide the dough into equal balls. Take one ball, roll slightly, place some stuffing in the center, seal the edges, and flatten gently.
Roll the paratha:
Dust with dry flour and roll into a medium-thick circle.
Cook the paratha:
Heat a tawa (griddle). Place the paratha on it and cook until bubbles appear. Flip, apply oil or ghee, and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot:
Serve hot with curd, butter, pickle, or green chutney.
🌟 Tips
Do not overfill the stuffing to avoid breaking.
You can add cumin seeds or chat masala for extra flavor.
