Ingredients
Soyabean/ सोया बीन -1cup
Tomato/ टमाटर -2
Cucumber/ खीरा -2
Onion/ प्याज -2(small)
Capsicum/ शिमला मिर्च -1/2
Roasted cumin powder/ भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर -1tbsp
Black pepper powder/ काली मिर्च पाउडर -1tsp
Salt to taste/ नमक स्वाद अनुसार
Coriander leaves/ धनिए के पत्ते
Finely chopped garlic/ बारिक कटा हुआ लहसुन -1tsp
Green chillies/ हरी मिर्च -2-3
Peanuts/ मूंगफली -2tbsp
Curd/ दही -1cup
Method
▪️In a pan boil water add soyabean cover it with lid and close flame,this will make Soya chunks soft drain water cool it using normal water , squeeze water and add this into a bowl.
▪️in the same Bowl add tomato, cucumber, onion, capsicum, salt, back pepper, roasted cumin powder, garlic,coriander leaves.
▪️now blend curd, peanuts and green chillies mix this with the other ingredients in bowl and serve immediately.

▪️एक पैन में पानी उबालें और उसमें सोयाबीन डालकर ढक्कन से ढक दें और आंच बंद कर दें, इससे सोया चंक्स नरम हो जाएंगे पानी निथार कर इसे सामान्य पानी से ठंडा करें, निचोड़ें और इसे एक कटोरे में डालें।
▪️ उसी बाउल में टमाटर, खीरा, प्याज, शिमला मिर्च, नमक, काली मिर्च, भुना जीरा पाउडर, बारिक काटा हुआ लेहसुन, हरा धनिया डालें।
▪️अब दही, मूँगफली और हरी मिर्च को ब्लेंड करें इसे बाउल में अन्य सामग्री के साथ मिलाएं और तुरंत परोसें।
