Just 3 exercises to grow thick forearms with this easy workout. That you can do in any gym for an amazing forearm workout. 150 reps total to most insane forearm pump you will ever feel. This workout will train you wrist and finger flexors to the most intense pump you can get. Doesn`t matter if you want to get stronger, bigger muscle, more vascular or better grip this workout will do.
I do this in my offseason arm wrestling training once a week for 3 weeks. Increasing weights each time I do it for bigger intensity and overall volume.

Rules:
5 sets of 10 reps
1 min rest between sets
2-3 min rest between exercises
Weight that you can control but is challenging
Forearms will be BURNING
