Happy Friday!! On the list for MOBILITY today is some BANDED stretches. We wanted to focus on a quick FIVE that is great for PRE or POST workout. So hit these stretches whenever you want! The "GREEN" bands tend to work the best and also remember the higher the rig the more tension. Ease your way into some of these stretches. Its ok to make progress in MOBILITY the same way you do workouts and movements!
