Neodoljivo pecivo koje svi volimo,naročito slani deo,jer kod onih u pekarama nam je uvek nedostajalo slanog preliva. Domaći slanci , tako mekani i ukusni a ostaju sveži i po nekoliko dana . Brza i jednostavna priprema da ne morate ići u pekaru. Najmlađi će se najviše obradovati a i nas starije vratiće u školske dane kada smo svi trčali za vreme velikog odmora do kioska po slance i čašu jogurta.

POTREBNE NAMIRNICE:
Za testo je potrebno:
• 500 g brašna
• 8 g suvog ili 35-40g svežeg kvasca
• 1 kašičica šećera
• 300 ml mlakog mleka
• 1 kašičica soli
. 100 ml ulja
Za preliv je potrebno:
• 2 kašike brašna
• 1 kašika soli
• 1 kašičica praška za pecivo ili pola kašičice sode bikarbone
• 5 kašika vode
Postepeno dodavati vodu i umutiti preliv bez grudvica
Peći na 200°C (390°F) 10-15 minuta , zatim izvaditi i preliti prelivom i vratiti u rernu još 3-4 minuta

INGREDIENTS:
For the dough you need:

For dressing you need:
• 2 tablespoons of flour
• 1 spoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder or half a teaspoon of baking soda
• 5 tablespoons of water
Gradually add water and beat the dressing without lumps
Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 10-15 minutes, then take out and cover with dressing and return to the oven for another 3-4 minutes
