OMG !😲 Tomato Chicken Recipe - Chicken Recipe For Dinner 😋🔥

Process how to make:-

First marinate the chicken :-
1/2 tbsp tumeric
1/2 black pepper powder
salt to taste
( keep aside for 1 hr or more )

After marination, heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken well..

Let's do gravy :-
cooking oil
1 bay leaves
1 cinnamon
3 cardamom
4 cloves
Roast all this dry ingredients in cooking oil for atleast 1 minute .

Than add 1/4 tbsp sugar and meat it in oil.
Now time to add 2 fined choped onions , add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and fry along with onion.
Now time to add 1/2 cup tomato ketchup/ puree than add 1/2 tumeric, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1/2 tbsp black pepper , salt to taste , 1 tbsp red chilli powder ,1/2 tbsp garam masala and give it a good mix...

It's time to add fried chicken , add 1/4 cup of water so that it cook well and both taste get incorporate , Leave it on low flame for 5 Minutes.... Finally add 2 cubed shaped cutted tomatoes and than put fresh coriander on top of it ..
