Sambel goreng tempe is a great vegan dish which gives you a kick with it"s spiciness ! Normally I just eat tempe deep-fried. This is the modified version with chili sauce as add-ons. I think it's a healthy vegan dish, but I'm sure it's a kick-ass delicious dish to eat with rice !

Here are the ingredients:
500 gr tempeh // tempe
1 lemongrass // serai
1 bay leaf // daun salam
1 big chili // cabai besar
2 small chili // cabai kecil
2 cm galangal // lengkuas
2 cm ginger // jahe
3 tablespoon tamarind juice // air asam jawa
1 teaspoon salt // garam
5 shallot // bawang merah
3 cloves garlic // bawang putih
2 candlenuts // kemiri
50 gr peanuts // kacang tanah
1 tomato // tomat
150 gr palm sugar // gula jawa
