About the video:
Breaking bad eating habits is critical if your goal is to reach a lean physique under 15% body fat. There's simply no way to outrun a bad diet. I've personally fallen into the trap of doing 3-4 sessions of cardio per week on top weight training 5 times per week without seeing fat loss. That kept me stuck between 15 and 20% of body fat for a long time. The only way to break the plateau was to look at my eating habits.

In this video, I share a 4 step process you can use to stop bad eating habits and dial in your nutrition to get to those shredded levels of body fat. I hope you can learn from my experience, not repeat the same mistakes, and ultimately reach your physique goal.
