Ingredients:
1 cup icing sugar
250g cashew nuts powdered
½ tbsp Almond essence
125ml condensed milk
Food colours

Method of preparation
-Combine cashew nut powder, icing sugar and almond essence in a bowl.
-Add 125ml condensed milk
-Knead the dough until smooth
-Divide into 3 portions and roll them out to the respective sizes and shapes.
