Buckingham Palace Garden Party 2022

This was once in a lifetime opportunity to be invited to Buckingham Palace with my mum, it feels great to be recognised for my caregiving work and a real honour. But my focus and mission is still on family carers/caregivers to help them achieve more by doing less using my TEC framework.

Even if I have helped one person to avoid caregiver burnout or a mental health meltdown. That has watched one of my videos on social media, makes my day all worth it.

I want to personally thank everyone from the bottom of my heart you are all diamonds. At @carersuk that I have met, believed in me, and gave me a chance to share my knowledge when other companies didn't. It's not an easy journey to be a family carer and still juggle a thousand and one other things. I get it. Things people do not see on the inside of what a family carer is experiencing emotionally and mentally. They still march on like soldiers, with a smile on their face.
