In this Video, I'll show you how to make Chipotle Bowl at home. This is an easy and delicious recipe that you can make at home just like in Chipotle Restaurants.

Recipes Below:

1. Chipotle Chicken
Ingredients:
3 Pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thigh
4 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 can of Chipotle peppers or Adobo sauce (5 tbsp)
1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Cumin
Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
Cut down the excess fat off of the chicken. Add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and mix them well.
Place the chicken in a large sealable bag or Ziplock Bag. Add in the chipotle peppers and crush them with hands while mixing it with the chicken. Alternatively, you can use the food processor to crush the peppers. Set aside the chicken for least 30 minutes.
Heat a griddle to medium high heat with approx. 3 Tbsp vegetable Oil and pan sear the chicken about 3-5 minutes per side until cooked through. Use a thermometer or slice into the chicken and make sure there is no pink.
Cut into cubes and then you are ready to serve.
2. Fajita Veggies
Cut Green Peppers and Red Onions into a thick long piece. Take a pan and add some Oil (approx. 1 tbsp) and stir fry these veggies. Add 1 Tbsp Salt and Pepper, 1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper and 1 Tbsp Dry oregano
These peppers and onions are a perfect add on to any Chipotle classic dish.

3. White Rice:
Take 1 cup Rice (Jasmine Rice or Basmati Rice), Wash it thoroughly with cold Water. Let it soak in the water for 10-15 minutes.
In a Sauce Pan, add 4 cups of water and put it into boil. Add 3 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp Dry Oregano, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp fresh cilantro. Once the water is boiled, add in the soaked Rice and let it cook for 5-8 minutes. Drain any excess water and let it cool for 10 minutes. Add cilantro and melted butter to the rice and mix it well. Now Your rice is ready to be served in your Chipotle Bowl or Burrito.

4. Guacamole:

Fresh and packed with flavors, this guacamole is a must have toppings on your Chipotle Bowl or Burrito.
Ingredients:
5 medium Avocados
2 tsp Lime Juice
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Red Onion, small dice
2 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
1 Tomato (optional)
Instructions:
Cut avocados in half and pit. Spoon out the avocado into a bowl. Mash together the rest of the ingredients. Cover and set in the refrigerator before serving.
5. Corn Salsa:
A Chipotle classic side dish that must be recreated when making Chipotle at home.

Ingredients:
1 Can Corn
1/2 Cup Red Onion, small dice
1 Tbsp Cilantro
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
¼ Tbsp Salt
Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients and set in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
6. Black Beans:
Ingredients:
1 can Black Beans
1 tbsp Cumin powder
1 tbsp dry oregano
1 tbsp cayenne pepper

Instructions:
In a pan, Ads all the ingredients above and allow the beans to come to boil. Once boiled, it is ready to be accompanied on your chipotle Bowl or Burrito.
