Sorry about the gui flickring, decided to do some basic troubleshooting without going to the trouble of installing proper monitoring tools. I did ran Ungine Superposition just to vertify that my GPU wasnt broken... These games just dont run that great on a modern OS even with wrappers. (not used in the video)

The flickering is mostly a capture issue, some of the performance issues could be some weird vsync issue or a lack of it, the game really dont feel great to play.
