Ingredients:

- Sago pearls
- Water (for boiling the sago pearls)
- Jelly powder
- Hot water (for the jelly powder)
- Mango cubes (for the milkshake and garnish)
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
- Ice cubes (optional, for serving)


Instructions:

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the sago pearls and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the pearls become translucent. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Once cooked, drain and rinse the sago under cold water to remove excess starch. Set aside.

2. In a bowl, combine the jelly powder with hot water and whisk well. Pour the jelly mixture into a container and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until set.

3. After 15-20 minutes, cut the jelly into cubes. In a blender, combine the mango cubes, ½ cup of sugar, and 2 cups of milk. Blend until smooth.

4. Add the cooked sago pearls to a bowl, pour in the mango milkshake, and mix well. Chill the mixture for about 30 minutes. Garnish with mango cubes and jelly cubes. Serve in glasses with ice cubes if desired.
