This tutorial is an introduction to using Moveit!. it covers how to configure the robot arm as well as how to attach it to the robot local frame. additionally, it is demonstrated how to control the robot arm with an xbox controller.

I did not successfully display both robots in Rviz at the same time because both models have the same name by default "robot_description", and after poking around I didn't readily see how to change the name. I'd like to learn how though if anyone knows :)
