The pump I got on this training day was wild!! As this lower volume phase is coming to an end, I cannot tell you all how glad I have done this.

One, because its less wear and tear on my joints. But 2, and this is the biggest reason, this sets me up for a huge response to an increase in volume.

Sadly so many are scared to throttle down on things (food, cardio, volume, intensity) to get the massive rebound from adding it back in.

My body is ready for a massive sling-shot.
