Wo ham na the wo tum na the
Wo ham na the wo tum na the
wo rahguzar thi pyaar ki
luti jahaan pe bewajah paalki bahaar ki
paalki bahaar ki
Wo ham na the wo tum na the

ye khel thaa naseeb kaa
ye khel thaa naseeb kaa
na hans sake na ro sake
na toor par pahunch sake
na daar par hi so sake
kahaani kisse ye kahen
kahaani kisse ye kahen
chaadoo bhi uthaar ki
luti jahaan pe bewajah palki bahaar ki
palki bahaar ki
Wo ham na the wo tum na the

tumhi the mere rahnuma
tumhi the mere hamsafar
tumhi the meri roshni
tumhi ne mujhko di nazar
di nazar
bina tumhaare zindagi
bina tumhaare zindagi
shama hai ik mazaar ki
luti jahaan pe bewajah paalki bahaar ki
paalki bahaar ki
Wo ham na the wo tum na the

ye kaun saa mukaam hai
ye kaun saa mukaam hai
falak nahin zameen nahin
ke shab nahin sahar nahin
ke gham nahin khushi nahin
kahaan ye leke aa gayi
kahaan ye leke aa gayi
hawa tere dayaar ki
luti jahaan pe bewajah paalki bahaar ki
paalki bahaar ki
wo ham na the wo tum na the

guzar rahi hai tumpe kyaa
banaake hamko dar badar
ye soch kar udaas hoon
ye soch kar hai chasmtar
chasmtar
na chot hai ye phool ki
na chot hai ye phool ki
na hai khalish ye khaar ki
luti jahaan pe bewajah paalki bahaar ki
paalki bahaar ki
paalki bahaar ki
paalki bahaar ki..

The script was written by Chandrashekhar, who directed the film and played the lead male role. It was released in 1964.

The film was one of Helen's few successes in a leading role.
Filmfare described Helen as someone "who slides across the film with the grace of a leopardess, whose femininity and quiet behaviour are in pleasing in contrast to Bela Bose's enthusiastic flaunting of over-emphasised charms".

Kate Spade noted in her 2013 Cha Cha Cha timeline that in 1964 "Bollywood is hit with Cha Cha Cha fever".

In 2014 Cha Cha Cha was listed in 40 Retakes: Bollywood Classics You May Have Missed by Avijit Ghosh.

Helen ( Helen Richardson Khan) Mother of Salman Khan :-

During the 60's and 70's, when movie actresses played the quintessential virtuous woman who stood by her man, Helen came across as a breath of fresh air with her glam factor and killer dance moves.

Born to an Anglo-Indian father and a Burmese mother, Helen Richardson, or Helen, as she was popularly known was introduced to Bollywood when a friend, who worked as an actress, helped her find jobs as a chorus dancer in films.

Helen got her break in 1958 when she performed the song mera naam Chin Chin Chu in Shakti Samanta's film Howrah Bridge, which was sung by Geeta Dutt. After that, offers started pouring in throughout the 1960's and 1970's and Helen made her mark as a glamorous dancer.

Helen officially retired from movies in 1982, but she appeared in a few guest roles in 1996 and 2000 with movies like Khamoshi, Mohabbatein and Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam.

Helen also recently appeared as a judge in the semi-finals and finals of the 2009 Indian Dancing Queen (Dance Contest)'
