Home built with reclaimed materials opens as a restaurant

Perched on one of the highest points in San Pedro, Laguna is a home that looks as if it has stood there for decades but actually has only been built in 2018. Reclaimed materials and heirloom furniture lend a weathered and lived-in feel to the space. The home opens up to bright, lofty ceilings, chandeliers and large wooden windows. Home of Jen Gerodias since the pandemic, it is now opened to the public as Casa Luisa - an empanaderia that is widening its menu and treating its customers to a view of nature.
