Join me and my boyfriend as we go for a gentle summers hike up Fan Gyhirych in the Brecon Beacons.

I am a new(ish) runner who enjoys being in the outdoors in nature and running around as far as I can, not very quickly. I am documenting my training and general life as a former exercise avoider turned stiff weighlifter who couldn't run for more than 2 mins at a time. A year ago, I realised I needed to get fitter so I could enjoy life and have spent just over a year training and falling in love with endurance running. Still very average but loving it nontheless!
