Grab your long resistance band and mat for this full body strength routine! Some of the movements in this video are harder than they look so make sure you keep good technique and control over your band ok.

I hope you like the combination of exercises as it works through the core, back muscles, upper body and then the lower body.

Always keep your abdominals pulled in and ensure you keep breathing out on the hardest part of the movement.

This is a great video to combine with say a stretch or meditation on that playlist or perhaps another band or Pilates video depending on how you feel. This is alos enough on its own!
