Ingredients
1 ½ cups short grain sweet rice
¼ cup fried onion
⅓ cup water
3 links of chinese sausage (腊肠)
½ oz dried shiitake mushrooms
1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp dark soy sauce
