PowerUP3D 2020 Belt Change (Electric Window Cleaning Reel)

PowerUP-3D 2020 model is manufactured using DuPont Xytel material and has a different method of changing the belt to PowerUP-3D 2021 model.

If you are unsure which model you have just remove the PowerUP3D front plate and check the top right hand motor fixing. If the black cover to the side of the fixing has been notched its PowerUP3D 2020 and you are watching the correct video. If not please search PowerUP3D Belt Change 2021.

Sequence of operations: PowerUP3D 2020 Belt Change

1) Remove the front plate
2) Loosen tensioner screw and remove motor fixings
3) Remove belt side motor plate and back plate fixings
4) Remove belt side feet fixings
5) Pull the belt side cover and replace belt
6) Re-assemble
7) Adjust belt tension
