PowerUP3D 2021 Belt Change (Electric Window Cleaning Reel)

PowerUP-3D 2021 model onwards is manufactured using GF 30% Composite material and has a different method of changing the belt to PowerUP-3D 2020 model.

If you are unsure which model you have just remove the PowerUP3D front plate and check the top right hand motor fixing. If the black cover to the side of the fixing has been notched its PowerUP3D 2020 and you should watch our video PowerUP3D 2020 Belt Change.

Sequence of operations: PowerUP3D 2021 Belt Change

1) Remove the front plate
2) Loosen tensioner screw and remove motor fixings
3) Remove belt side motor plate and back plate fixings
4) Remove belt side feet fixings
5) Remove outer coupling
5) Tap off the belt side cover and replace belt
6) Re-assemble
7) Adjust belt tension
