Easy Isomalt Sail Tutorial | Sugar sail

Hi guys! Today we are going to prepare isomalt sails :)

A lot of you have been asking me to post a detailed tutorial of an isomalt sail, so I decided to shoot this video just for you guys!
Isomalt sails are one of the most trendiest cake decorations and I'm showing you how easy it is to make them. If you are looking for a regal and creative cake decoration then this is a very appropriate video for you!
You can play around with this technique and create any design that you desire.

*Please work with isomalt under supervision and while wearing gloves.

Material required -
100 gm isomalt crystals
2-3 tsp water
Infrared temperature gun
Silicon mat
Clips
Elevated vessel or jar
Gel colour
Edible gold dust
Solvent like Evaporex or vodka
Setting time - 20 mins or until set at room temperature
